I want to express how pleased I am with all the work Associated Building and Remodeling did on  our townhouse expansion and rebuilding project. I hope you will feel free to forward a copy of this e-mail to anyone that is considering you as a contractor.  In my opinion, they would be smart to hire you. 

To be specific, there are two things that I am most impressed with: First, the quality of you work.  Second, your integrity. 

With regard to quality,  I am a stickler for detail.  You may be even more of a stickler than I.  That is impressive.  As my wife said, if you can please me, you should be able to please anyone, and your quality pleased me. 

In addition to quality I appreciate your integrity.  You always told me the truth and honored your commitments. I trust you without reservation. I do not say that very often and have never said it about a contractor.

Well Gary, It's absolutely amazing! Love the Basement!! Fred kept saying over and over he couldn't get over how nicely it all turned out. I didn't show him any of the pictures ongoing so he was completely surprised. And I have to say, you can always turn to interior decorating if the building works slows down too much. You really have an eye for that! Thanks again so much! I know we'll really enjoy the new space. 

I constantly have folks tell me what a fabulous basement makeover this is. And, they are absolutely right!

Gary W*** is an excellent craftsman who provides quality work in a professional and responsive manner at a reasonable price. He pays attention to the details and approaches his work as if he were working on his own home. We have had Gary undertake several interior remodel jobs for us and we are thoroughly pleased with the results. These jobs have included: refinishing pine kitchen cabinets (the end result was that the cabinets looked better than when they were new); installing flooring; building and installing new banisters; and installing slate tile on our fireplace hearth.

Gary Wall of Associated Building and Remodeling has completed two projects for me--one major and one minor---and both experiences have been wonderful. He is very professional and also very creative. There were many challenges in a major remodel of our 40 year-old condo that he met very successfully and exceeded our expectations of what was possible. I would not undertake a home improvement project in Steamboat Springs without calling Associated Building and Remodeling.
